Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a protective gear kit for personal use, your luggage and belongings will be sanitized, and you’ll arrive to a sanitized and sealed guest room. Instant infrared thermometers will be in place to take temperature readings of guests and visitors
All guest rooms will be sealed after sanitizing procedures, you’ll be the first to get in. All surfaces will be sanitized using hospital grade agents and UV technology. Linen is washed at high temperatures and in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Inside the Hotel
Our guests have to keep social distancing of six-foot and wear facial covering in all common areas of the hotel. Added distance marking decals on floors will act as distance reminders.
We are only as strong as our teams. Prior to returning to work, all team members were tested for COVID-19. Our team is temperature checked and provided with necessary personal protective gear each time they enter the hotel. Our team will maintain a six foot distance and will employ operating procedures to ensure your comfort and safety at all times. Each team member was trained on handling guest-facing materials and undergo further health and safety updated courses.
